- Centacare Family & Relationship Services is seeking to appoint a full time Service Delivery Coordinator at the Family Relationship Centre Gold Coast. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coordinator who will oversee the provision of high quality, professional and accountable, family dispute resolution services.
For a role of this nature, highly effective communication and interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism and integrity in working with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders is required. Some after-hours work is required to provide equitable services for clients.Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Social or Behavioural Sciences, from a recognised tertiary institution. Eligibility for membership of APS, AASW, or similar recognised professional association.
- Qualifications in family dispute resolution (FDR), and registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner along with demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in FDR including mediating with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' front line practice and a minimum of 2 years' experience at a senior level in the community service sector, with extensive knowledge of Domestic Violence, Child Safety and Family Law Acts.
This position is a full-time position 38 hours per week. The remuneration package is Level 6 / 7, Social Community, Home Care & Disability Services Industry Award, plus 9.50% superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading, with an above award payment for accredited FDRPs. Proof of current registration is required on commencement of employment.The Archdiocese of Brisbane has standards of conduct for employees and volunteers to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
